भारत में फैले कोरोना वायरस महामारी के कारण सबसे अधिक प्रभावित अगर कोई हुआ है तो वो है गरीब निम्न वर्ग | इनमे अधिकतर गरीब दिहाड़ी मजदूर शामिल है जो रोज कमाते और खाते है | इनके सामने सबसे बड़ा संकट दो वक्त की रोटी का है | इसी के तहत बोहोत सी राज्य सरकारों ने पहल करते हुए गरीबो के लिए मुफ्त भोजन और रासन की व्यवस्था की है | अगर हम राष्ट्रीय राजधानी दिल्ली की बात करे तो दिल्ली की जनसंख्या लगभग 2 करोड़ है लेकिन 72 लाख ऐसे लोग है जिनके राशन कार्ड है |
दिल्ली में काफी जनसंख्या ऐसे लोगो की है जो दुसरे राज्यों से यहाँ काम की तलाश में आते है और lockdown के कारण यहाँ फस गए है | इसी लिए दिल्ली सरकार ऐसे सभी लोगो के लिए फ्री राशन की व्यवस्था का प्रबंध करने जा रही है |
कैसे करे आवेदन
Delhi Temporary Ration Card Coupon
- सबसे पहले वेबसाइट delhi.gov.in होमपेज खुल जायेगा।
- वेबसाइट पर “Apply for Temporary Ration Coupon” पर क्लिक कर दे।
- मोबाइल नंबर दर्ज करके Submit बटन पर क्लिक कर दे।
- मोबाइल OTP वेरीफाई कर दे।
- Submit बटन पर क्लिक कर New Application विकल्प पर क्लिक क्लिक कर दे।
- आपके सामने दिल्ली राशन (Delhi Ration Coupon) फॉर्म खुल जायेगा।
- इस Temporary Ration Coupon पंजीकरण फॉर्म में जानकारी दे।।
- फॉर्म में संभावित दस्तावेजों अपलोड कर Proceed पर क्लिक देना|
- मोबाइल पर अद्वितीय संख्या जाएगी|
- राशन प्राप्त करने के लिए आधार कार्ड के साथ अद्वितीय संख्या राशन केंद्र पर दे।
Types of Delhi Ration Card
There are four types of Ration Card are as follows:
BPL: This type of card is given to those families who are under the Below Poverty Line. The Government of Delhi provides essential commodities and food-grains at affordable prices.
APL: APL ration card is issued to the families lies between above the poverty line and below the medium class. Under this scheme, the Delhi Government is not liable to issue essentials food at subsidized prices.
AAY Cards: Antyodaya Yojana is issued to the person who is financially weaker in comparison to the other classes. The Government is liable to provide essential commodities at very affordable prices.
AY: A Person under the Annapurna Yojana will get 10kg of food grains every month at free of cost. Only those persons are eligible for this card who is more than 65 years of age and not earning.
The person who is not availing the Old Age Pension or State Pension Scheme is entitled to get Annapurna Yojana Ration Card.
Temporary Ration Coupon: Launched to combat the covid-19 lock-down situation.
Eligibility criteria For Permanent Delhi Ration Card
- In order to apply for the new ration card, one should be a permanent citizen of Delhi.
- One should not hold an old ration card if he/she is applying for a new ration card.
- Needs to produce income proof to apply for the APL and BPL Ration card.
- For those who had recently married, they need to apply for the new ration card
- To apply for the Annapurna Yojana an applicant should not earn money through any source and are not receiving pension money from any pension scheme run by the central or state government.
Documents Required To Apply for New Delhi Ration Card Application
The documents required to submit at the time submitting application form are given below:
- In order to apply for an online application or offline application, the applicant needs to submit the passport size photograph of each family member which should be attested by the gazette officer.
- Needs to submit residential proof and the list of residential proof are given below:
- Electricity Bills
- Telephone Bill
- Bank Passbook
- house rent receipt
