🔹 Types of Pronouns (सर्वनाम के प्रकार)

1. Personal Pronoun (पुरुषवाचक सर्वनाम)

👉 व्यक्ति या वस्तु को सीधे इंगित करते हैं।

• First Person (प्रथम पुरुष): I, we, me, us

• Second Person (मध्यम पुरुष): you

• Third Person (उत्तर पुरुष): he, she, it, they, him, her, them

✔ Examples:

1. I am a student. (मैं एक छात्र हूँ।)

2. She is singing a song. (वह गाना गा रही है।)

3. They are going to the park. (वे पार्क जा रहे हैं।)

2. Reflexive Pronoun (निजवाचक सर्वनाम)

👉 जब subject और object एक ही हों।

• myself, yourself, himself, herself, itself, ourselves, yourselves, themselves

✔ Examples:

1. I taught myself to play guitar. (मैंने खुद को गिटार बजाना सिखाया।)

2. She looked at herself in the mirror. (उसने आईने में खुद को देखा।)

3. We enjoyed ourselves at the party. (हमने पार्टी में खूब आनंद लिया।)

3. Demonstrative Pronoun (संकेतवाचक सर्वनाम)

👉 संकेत करने के लिए।

• this, that, these, those

✔ Examples:

1. This is my favorite pen. (यह मेरा पसंदीदा पेन है।)

2. Those are your books. (वे तुम्हारी किताबें हैं।)

3. These are very costly shoes. (ये बहुत महँगे जूते हैं।)

4. Indefinite Pronoun (अनिश्चयवाचक सर्वनाम)

👉 जब कोई निश्चित व्यक्ति/वस्तु न बताई जाए।

• someone, anyone, everyone, no one, nobody, nothing, everything, anything, something

✔ Examples:

1. Someone is waiting for you. (कोई तुम्हारा इंतज़ार कर रहा है।)

2. Nobody knows the truth. (सच्चाई कोई नहीं जानता।)

3. Everything will be fine. (सब कुछ ठीक हो जाएगा।)

5. Relative Pronoun (सम्बंधवाचक सर्वनाम)

👉 वाक्य को जोड़ने वाले सर्वनाम।

• who, whom, whose, which, that

✔ Examples:

1. The boy who won the race is my brother. (जो लड़का दौड़ जीता, वह मेरा भाई है।)

2. This is the pen which I bought yesterday. (यह वही पेन है जो मैंने कल खरीदा।)

3. She is the girl whose father is a doctor. (वह वही लड़की है जिसका पिता डॉक्टर है।)

6. Interrogative Pronoun (प्रश्नवाचक सर्वनाम)

👉 प्रश्न पूछने में प्रयोग होते हैं।

• who, whom, whose, which, what

✔ Examples:

1. Who is knocking at the door? (दरवाज़ा कौन खटखटा रहा है?)

2. What is your name? (तुम्हारा नाम क्या है?)

3. Which is your favorite subject? (तुम्हारा पसंदीदा विषय कौन-सा है?)

7. Possessive Pronoun (अधिकारवाचक सर्वनाम)

👉 स्वामित्व या अधिकार बताने के लिए।

• mine, yours, his, hers, ours, theirs

✔ Examples:

1. This house is mine. (यह घर मेरा है।)

2. The bag is yours. (बैग तुम्हारा है।)

3. That car is theirs. (वह कार उनकी है।)

8. Reciprocal Pronoun (परस्परवाचक सर्वनाम)

👉 जब दो या अधिक लोग एक-दूसरे पर क्रिया करें।

• each other, one another

✔ Examples:

1. They love each other. (वे एक-दूसरे से प्रेम करते हैं।)

2. The two friends helped each other. (दोनों दोस्तों ने एक-दूसरे की मदद की।)

3. We should support one another. (हमें एक-दूसरे का समर्थन करना चाहिए।)
