अतिरिक्त प्रश्नोत्तर :- 

प्रश्न 1 - दूरी और विस्थापन में अंतर बताइए।
उत्तर -
  दूरी :-      
(i) किसी वस्तु द्वारा किसी समय अंतराल में तय किये गए मार्ग की लंबाई को उस वस्तु द्वारा चली गई दूरी कहते हैं ।
(ii) यह एक अदिश राशि है।
(iii) तय कि गई दूरी सदैव धनात्मक होती है।
 विस्थापन:- 
(i) किसी वस्तु की अंतिम तथा प्रारंभिक स्थितियों के बीच की दूरी को उस वस्तु का विस्थापन कहते हैं।
(ii) यह एक सदिश राशि हैं ।
(iii) जबकि विस्थापन धनात्मक, ऋणात्मक, या शुन्य भी हो सकता है।
प्रश्न 2 - चाल और वेग में अंतर लिखिए ।
उत्तर -  
चाल:-
(i) इकाई समय में तय कि गइ्र दूरी को चाल कहते है। 
(ii) यह अदिश राशि है। 
(iii) यह सदा धनात्मक होता है।
 वेग:-
(i) किसी विशेष दिशा में इकाई समय में तय दूरी को वेग कहते है। 
(ii) यह सदिश राशि है। 
(iii) यह दिशा के अनुसार धनात्मक तथा ऋणात्मक दोनों होता है। 
प्रश्न 3 - वेग समय ग्राफ में ग्राफ की प्रकृति क्या होगी ? यदि 
(i) जब वेग स्थिर रहता है। 
(ii) जब वेग एकसमान दर परिवर्तित होता है। 
(iii) जब त्वरण असमान हों। 
उत्तर - 
(i)समय अक्ष  के समान्तर सीधी रेखा होता है। 
(ii) ग्राफ सीधा और सरल रेखा होगा । 
(iii) ग्राफ एक वक्र रेखा होता है।
