One day, their peaceful life is suddenly disturbed when a fierce pirate enters the house. The pirate carries pistols in both hands and a shining sword in his mouth. The unexpected danger frightens everyone. Ink climbs to the top of the house, Blink hides in a corner, Mustard runs away, and Belinda cries helplessly.

At that crucial moment, Custard, who had always been called a coward, proves his real bravery. He fearlessly attacks the pirate with great strength and swallows him in a single gulp. By doing so, he saves Belinda and all the other pets from danger. After the pirate is defeated, the others once again begin boasting about their courage as if nothing had happened, while Custard quietly returns to asking for his safe cage.

एक दिन अचानक एक खतरनाक समुद्री डाकू घर में घुस आता है। उसके हाथों में पिस्तौलें और मुँह में चमकती हुई तलवार होती है। उसे देखकर सभी घबरा जाते हैं। इंक छत पर चढ़ जाती है, ब्लिंक छिप जाता है, मस्टर्ड भाग जाता है और बेलिंडा डरकर रोने लगती है।

ऐसे कठिन समय में कस्टर्ड अपनी वास्तविक बहादुरी दिखाता है। वह बिना डरे समुद्री डाकू पर हमला करता है और उसे निगल जाता है। इस प्रकार वह बेलिंडा और उसके सभी साथियों की जान बचा लेता है। बाद में सभी फिर से अपनी झूठी बहादुरी की बातें करने लगते हैं, जबकि कस्टर्ड पहले की तरह शांत होकर अपने सुरक्षित पिंजरे की माँग करता रहता है।
