उत्तर:
(i) मौलिक अधिकारों पर जोर देकर उन्होंने सरकार को अपने साथ हुए अन्याय पर ध्यान देने के लिए मजबूर किया है।
(ii) उन्होंने इस बात के लिए दवाब डाला है कि सरकार इन कानूनों को लागू करे। कई बार हाशियाई
तबकों के संघर्ष की वजह से ही सरकार को मौलिक अधिकारों की भावना के अनुरूप नए कानून बनाने पड़े हैं।
