Definitions:
Heat: Heat is a form of energy that flows from a hotter object to a colder object.
Temperature: Temperature is the measure of how hot or cold an object is.
Conduction: Conduction is the transfer of heat through solids without movement of particles.
Convection: Convection is the transfer of heat in liquids and gases by movement of particles.
Radiation: Radiation is the transfer of heat without any medium.
Conductor of Heat: A material that allows heat to pass through it easily is called a conductor of heat.
Insulator of Heat: A material that does not allow heat to pass through it easily is called an insulator of heat.
Convection Current: The circular movement of particles in a fluid during convection is called convection current.
Thermal Equilibrium: Thermal equilibrium is the state when two objects reach the same temperature and heat flow stops.
