अध्याय-समीक्षा
अध्याय - समीक्षा:
- सूर्य, चन्द्रमा तथा वे सभी वस्तुएं जो रात के समय आसमान में चमकते हैं, खगोलीय पिंड कहलाती हैं|
- कुछ खगोलीय पिंड बड़े आकार वाले तथ गर्म होते हैं| ये गैसों से बने होते हैं| इनके पास अपनी ऊष्मा तथा प्रकाश होता हैं| जिसे वे बहुत बड़ी मात्रा में उत्सर्जित करते हैं| इन खगोलीय पिंडो को तारा कहते हैं|
- सूर्य भी एक तारा हैं|
- हम हम प्रतिदिन चंद्रमा को भी देखते हैं| यह अलग - अलग समय पर अलग आकार तथा अलग स्थितियों में दिखाई पड़ता हैं| आप पूर्ण चंद्र को लगभग एक महीने में एक बार देख सकते हैं| यह पूर्ण चंद्रमा वाली रात या पूर्णिमा होती हैं|
- पंद्रह दिन के बाद आप इसे नहीं देख सकते| यह नये चंद्रमा की रात्रि या अमावास्या कहलाती हैं|
- रात के समय चमकते हुए अनगिनत तारे सूर्य के सामना ही हैं| लेकिन हमसे बहुत अनगिनत दूर होने के कारण हम लोग उनके ऊष्मा या प्रकाश को महूसस नहीं करते हैं तथा वे अत्यंत छोटे दिखाई पड़ते हैं|
- बृहस्पति, शानी तथा यूरेनस के चारों और छल्ले हैं| ये छल्ले विभिन्न पदार्था के असंख्य छोटे - छोटे पिंडों से बनी पट्टियाँ हैं|
- कुछ खगोलीय पिंसों में अपना प्रकाश एवं ऊष्मा होती हैं| वे तारों के प्रकाश से प्रकाशित घोटे हैं| ऐसे पिंड ग्रह कहलाते हैं|
- दौर्मंडल के सभी आठ ग्रह एक निश्चित पाठ पर सूर्य का चक्कर लगाते हैं| ये रास्ते दीर्घवृत्ताकार में फैले हुए हैं| ये कक्षा कहलाते हैं|
- प्लूटो को 'बौने ग्रह' भी कहा जाता हैं|
- आकाशगंगाएँ मिलाकर ब्रह्रांड का निर्माण करते हैं|
