The parts of speech 

Introduction:

All words which we use in our speaking or in sentenses, these all belong to the parts of speech. The parts of speech contains mainly 8 types of words like Nouns, Pronouns, Adjectives, Verbs, Adverbs, prepositions, conjunctions, interjections. 

Example:

Radha is my friend, who lives in a famous City.

Radha Noun

is ⇒Verb

my ⇒ Pronoun

friend ⇒Noun

, (comma) ⇒ Interjection

who ⇒Conjunction

lives ⇒ Verb

in ⇒ Preposition

a ⇒ Adverb (article)

famous ⇒ Adjective

​City ⇒ Noun

. (full stop) ⇒Interjection

 

KInds of the parts of speech:

 

There are 8 kinds of the parts of speech.

(i) Nouns

(ii) Pronouns

(iii) Adjectives

(iv) Verbs

(v) Adverbs

(vi) Prepositions

(vii) Conjunctions
